LumiDrive™ Headlight Restoration Kit

From skeptic to believer. 2012 Acura TL - super foggy lens. There were a couple different products that I was going to choose from but chose LumiDrive based on the number of positive results from videos and testimonies. Also indicates that this headlight restoration will last longer than some other products. Followed directions as best I could. After washing thoroughly and letting dry, I taped around the headlights before Step 1 - using the applicator cloths to remove the oxidation. Removed tape to wash again thoroughly and dry. I got a bit excited and didn't retape before the sanding. I should have. Left a couple small spots where the sanding hit the paint area. Not too bad though. Did the final Step to restore the clear coat. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! Told myself I'd share pics just to prove the results! Near crystal clear! Please note, some areas in my lens did have some age fractures that would not be fixable with this treatment, but again, no very noticeable. After a week or two later, the clarity continues to remain. Will try to post updates how it holds up. I expect to do this every other year or so depending how it'll hold up. For what I spent, 100% worth it. Please look at the before/after pics. Can provide other pics I took through the process if that helps.

Didn’t think this would work but it does. But it is very time consuming. Maybe bc I had never done this so I was being super careful. I didn’t have tape to protect the edges but I just cleaned it up with a towel as I went along. I was sure after step one if I was supposed to wipe off the residual solution so I did. The video instructions didn’t touch on this and just jumps on to the next step. I was t sure what the sanding portion was supposed to look like so I just did multiple passes with each pad. I had enough wipes and sealant to do both headlines and fog lights. I used all the wipes for step two and still had some oxidation but much lighter. Overall this process took me about an hour and a half between steps and drying and cleaning etc. Overall pretty satisfied with how they turned out for the price. Just make sure you block out some time if it’s your first time doing this bc it takes a while doing it all.

I have a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and I live in AZ. For a long time the car was sitting outside in a CarMax dealership, and then I eventually bought it. The headlights had heavy yellowing, and I previously used a different headlight cleaning product about a year ago and it didn’t hold up even a month (and that one I even used power tools!!) I decided to give this a try and I’m extremely impressed! My headlights have scratches on them (from previous owner and me, so the blame goes to everyone lol) so I won’t ever have “brand new” looking headlights. But this product has been the best! I can’t wait to drive later tonight and see if there’s a brightness difference. I’ll update this review in a couple months on whether or not this holds up still, or if my headlights fog. (*KEEP IN MIND* that if you have cracks, leaks, etc in your headlights, it can fog right back up and this product won’t fix it!)
